Refund Policy
Workshops and Private Bookings
If you need to cancel your spot in a workshop, we’re happy to offer a refund or credit. Just let us know by email or phone at least 72 hours before the class starts.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, as your spot has already been reserved and prepared for.

At Samesa Ceramics, we aim to provide a warm and welcoming experience, whether you're joining us for a workshop or purchasing a handmade piece. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Ceramic Product Returns
We want you to love your ceramics, but if something isn’t quite right:

You may return any unused and undamaged ceramic item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

You may also return the item in person to our studio at #209-2111 Main St, Vancouver, BC.

Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
