Terms & Conditions

Welcome to https://www.samesaceramics.com (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any services, workshops, or products offered by Samesa Ceramics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with others' use and enjoyment.

2. Workshop and Class Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes; in such cases, you will be offered a refund or credit.
     

3. Private Events

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a private booking.

  • Guest numbers, catering plans, and custom arrangements must be finalized at least 5 days before the event.

  • Damage to studio property may result in additional fees.
     

4. Product Sales

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape, or color.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
     

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Samesa Ceramics and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

6. User Submissions
Any feedback, reviews, or content you submit may be used by us for promotional purposes. You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, participation in workshops, or purchase of products.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
