Looking for a fun, creative way to try something new? Join one of our pottery workshops in Vancouver and get your hands in the clay! All of our classes are beginner-friendly, welcoming, and designed to spark your creativity. No experience is required.
Hosted at our cozy pottery studio in Vancouver, each workshop offers a relaxing, guided session in handbuilding where you'll create something unique to take home.

Do I need any prior experience?Not at all! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for all skill levels.

How long is each workshop?Workshops are typically 2–3 hours long, depending on the session you choose.

What kind of pottery workshops do you offer?We offer hand-building workshops where you’ll learn to create your own ceramics like mugs, vases, or small sculptures. No experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and creativity!

How many people can participate?For public workshops, we typically host 10 participants. For private events, we can squeeze in a couple more guests. Please inquire.

What should I wear?We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Aprons are provided.

Can kids join the workshops?Our workshops are best suited for ages 16 and up. For younger children, we recommend private family-friendly bookings.

Where is your studio located?We’re located at the City Centre Artist Lodge at #209–2111 Main St., Vancouver, BC.

Can I book a private workshop or group event?Yes! We host private events for birthdays, team-building, bachelorettes, and more. Visit our Private Bookings page for details.

Is the studio accessible?Our studio is on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access at this time.

What is included in the workshop price?Your workshop fee includes instruction, clay, tools, glazing, and firing of your piece(s). You’ll walk away with a handmade ceramic item and a fun new skill.

Can someone else pick up my pottery for me?Yes, just let us know their name ahead of time so we can release your items to them.

What if my piece breaks during firing?Ceramics can be unpredictable, but we do our best to ensure your work makes it through the process. If something breaks, we’ll reach out with options.

What happens after I book a workshop?You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including date, time, what to bring, and studio directions.

When do I get to pick up my pottery?We fire and glaze your pieces after the workshop. This process takes 3–4 weeks. You’ll receive an email when your pottery is ready for pickup.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We ask for at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
